Return Process

  Contact our customer service team via email or WhatsApp with your order number and the reason for the return to receive an authorization code.

  Place the jewelry in its original decorative box and ensure it is securely packed in a shipping envelope to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship the Package

  Send the package back to our studio using a trackable shipping service; please ensure the item is unworn and all original tags are still attached.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 business days.
